Return policy
It is possible to return most new products with their packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund of the item. Proof of purchase is required in order to return an item.
You can return the item:
in person to a Broomballer representative;
Where;
in postal delivery to the Broomballer warehouse. Delivery costs are paid by the buyer. We assume the delivery costs for the return only if it is caused by an error on our part (size error, defective product, etc.).
Refund will be issued within four weeks of receipt of merchandise. This time includes the processing of your return request as well as the time required for reimbursement by financial institutions.
To proceed with a return of one or more products, contact us with your order number as well as the product(s) to be returned and we will be happy to send you the necessary instructions.
The following items are items considered final sale: masks and bandana.
Any item worn or damaged (which cannot be resold as factory new) by the buyer cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy
It is possible to exchange most new products with their packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to exchange an item. If the item to be exchanged is discontinued, it will be possible to replace the defective item with an item of the same value (or higher if no item of the same value is available).
You can exchange an item:
In person at a Broomballer representative;
Where;
In postal delivery at the Broomballer warehouse. Delivery costs are paid by the buyer. We assume the delivery costs for the return only if it is caused by an error on our part (size error, defective product, etc.).
Once the item to be exchanged is received by Broomballer, it takes 2 to 6 business days to receive the new item.
The following items are items considered final sale: masks and bandana.

Delivery
For orders within Canada and products in stock, allow 2-6 business days for delivery. If a problem arises, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of possible solutions.
International delivery
We can deliver virtually anywhere in the world. Note that some products cannot be shipped internationally. In addition, certain delays and customs fees beyond our control may apply for delivery outside Canada. When you order, you will not be charged any delivery costs and we will contact you by email to settle these details with you. Contact us to find out more.
Pick-up at our Warehouse
Broomballer does not have any brick and motar store. We sell through our website and in person at tournaments. Our Warehouse is located in Terrebonne, QC, Canada. You can come in person to pick-up your item with an appointement only. Contact-us for more details and to set-up an appointment.
Ecological footprint
Note that we prioritize sending your packages in reused and recycled boxes to reduce our impact on the environment. In addition, we limit the paper in your shipments and prefer to transfer documents by email.
